At MR Essentials, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with clear communication every step of the way. This page explains our shipping, tracking, returns, refunds, payment security, and customer support policies.

Shipping Policy

Overview

MR Essentials is committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. We ship within 1–3 business days and provide tracking on all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM PT. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Shipping times begin once your package leaves our facility and do not include processing time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, including all 50 states, select U.S. territories, and Canada in select regions.
We do not currently ship to international destinations outside the United States and Canada. We are also working on support for APO/FPO military addresses. If you cannot find your location at checkout, email and we will see what we can do.

U.S. Territories & Military Addresses

U.S. territories may be subject to additional shipping restrictions and may incur extra fees. If your order is headed to a territory such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, we may confirm shipping costs before charging your card.
For military addresses, we are working on APO/FPO support. In the meantime, please use a stateside mailing address if available, or email for alternatives.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. You will also receive a shipping notification with a USPS tracking link within 24 hours of shipment.
You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once your order ships, we cannot redirect it. If your address is incorrect and we have not shipped yet, email immediately with your order number.
If your package arrives at the wrong address, contact your local post office with your tracking number. They may be able to redirect it or hold it for pickup. If you need help, email us and we will work with USPS on your behalf.

Package Loss or Delay

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first. Delays can happen. If your package still has not arrived after one additional business day, email with your order number, tracking number, and the delivery estimate shown in tracking.
We will file a claim with USPS and either replace your order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please document the damage with photos and email within 5 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging or items, and a short description of the issue. We will replace the damaged item or refund you. You do not need to return the package.

International Shipping

We are working on expanding to more countries soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Costs & Thresholds

Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more for U.S. orders. Orders under $50 may still qualify for standard shipping depending on current promotions and checkout settings.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
No questions asked. No catch. This is our promise.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email . Please include your order number, the reason for return if you would like to share it, and whether you have opened or used the product.
We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label if applicable, return instructions, and the expected refund timeline.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping for unopened items and for items you tried but that did not work for you. If a return is required, we will provide the return address in your return email.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, the timeline usually works as follows.

The total time is typically about 10–14 business days from when we receive your return.

Opened or Used Products

Yes, opened products may be eligible for return. We would rather you try something and know it is not for you than keep products you will not use.
Used products may be donated to community partners or recycled responsibly when possible. For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on certain opened items, such as applicators or items that come in direct contact with eyes or lips. If an exception applies, it will be noted for that specific product.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective, expired, or damaged item, email with photos. We will send a replacement immediately. No return shipping is needed for defective items.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–3 business days for the credit to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Generally, MR Essentials products are returnable. However, wholesale orders follow the wholesale return policy, gift cards are non-refundable, and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned if clearly marked at checkout.

Order Mistakes

If we shipped the wrong item, we will replace it for free. No return is needed for incorrect shipments. Email with your order number and photos.
If you ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 30 days under our standard policy. We will cover return shipping as part of our commitment to customer care.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges when possible. Same-item exchanges for a different size are free and include free return shipping. For a different item, you can return the first item, order the new one, and receive a 10% discount on the new order.

Payment Security

How We Protect You

Your connection to our site is encrypted. You should see a lock icon in your browser when checking out. We are PCI-DSS compliant, and payment information is processed securely through trusted payment processors.
We never store your full card number.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available at checkout.

Payment Issues

If your card is declined, check with your bank because some banks block online purchases for security. You may also try another card or PayPal.
If you receive an error message, email with your order number and we will troubleshoot. If you were charged twice, email us immediately and we will investigate.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates vary by state.
If you are tax-exempt and have a resale certificate or tax-exempt status, email with your documentation. We can apply tax exemption to future wholesale orders once verified. Tax-exempt status may need to be verified annually.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

How to Use a Code

Add your items to cart, then enter your code in the promo code field at checkout. Click apply, and the discount will appear in your order summary.

Expired Codes

Promotional codes have expiration dates. If your code is not working, it may be expired, already used, or restricted to new customers only.
Email if you believe your code should work.

Stacking Discounts

Generally, only one code can be used per order. We will apply the code that gives you the biggest savings when possible.
