Shipping

Free US shipping on orders $50+. Any other available shipping options and their rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery time

2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also view your order history in your account.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your address is incorrect and your order has not shipped yet, email Hello@shopmressentials.com right away with your order number. Once an order ships, we cannot redirect it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 2 to 5 business days, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email Hello@shopmressentials.com with your order number (and photos for damage, within 5 days of delivery). We will replace your order or issue a refund.
