Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Free US shipping on orders $50+. Any other available shipping options and their rates are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. If you cannot find your location, email Hello@shopmressentials.com and we will see what we can do.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email Hello@shopmressentials.com with your order number and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
Email Hello@shopmressentials.com with photos of the damage and your order number within 5 days of delivery. We will either replace it or refund you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time. If you are sending a gift, let us know in the order notes and we will include a gift message.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also sign in to your account to view your order history.

What is your return policy?

What if I received the wrong item?
Email Hello@shopmressentials.com with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item at no cost to you.
Product Use
How often should I use the Hair Growth Serum?
Daily is ideal. Apply a small amount to a clean scalp and massage it in, preferably before bed. Consistency matters more than quantity.
Can I use the serum on wet or dry hair?
Both work, but damp (towel-dried) hair is ideal because it helps the serum absorb into the scalp.
How long do results take?
Hair grows slowly, so give it consistent daily use over several weeks. Results vary by person.
Can I layer the serum with other products?
Yes. Apply the serum first to a clean scalp, wait 2–3 minutes for it to absorb, then use your regular conditioner, moisturizer, or styling products.
How much serum should I use?
Start with 3–5 drops and massage into your scalp with your fingertips. A little goes a long way.
How should I apply the body butters?
Use on damp skin right after showering for best absorption. Apply a small amount and massage it in. You can use it 1–2 times daily.
Can I use the Body Butter on my face?
Our body butters are formulated for body skin, which is thicker and less sensitive than facial skin. We recommend using them on the body.

Where can I see the full ingredient list?
Ingredients are listed on each product page. If you need a copy to share with your dermatologist, email Hello@shopmressentials.com and we will send it to you.
Are there ingredients I should know about if I have allergies?
Our products use ingredients such as coconut oil, argan oil, and essential oils, which some people may be sensitive to. If you have a specific allergy, email us with the ingredient and we will help you choose.
I have a sensitive scalp. Is this safe?
Sensitivity varies from person to person. Do a patch test first: apply 1–2 drops behind your ear and wait 24 hours before regular use.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. MR Essentials products do not contain animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.
Can I use these while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please check with your doctor or midwife before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
Will this help with hair loss or thinning?
Our serum is designed to support a healthy scalp and healthy-looking hair. It is a cosmetic, not a medical treatment. If you have significant hair loss, we recommend speaking with a dermatologist.
